ABOUT US
La Familia's Youth Workforce & Education Programs are geared towards helping young people get connected to meaningful work, impactful Job and Life Skills training, and learning experiences to help them progress past limiting barriers.

Our programs provide bi-weekly compensation as clients complete various workshops, internships, and receive guidance and mentorship along the way. We cover everything from work readiness, job skills training, employment assistance, to educational guidance.
To find out which program you qualify for, please fill out the Eligibility Survey when clicking the "I'm Interested" button.
