La Familia's Employment & Education Programs are geared towards helping young people get connected to meaningful work, impactful Job and Life Skills training, and learning experiences to help them progress past limiting barriers.

Our programs provide bi-weekly payment as clients complete various workshops, internships, and receive guidance and mentorship along the way. We cover everything from job readiness, work experience, employment assistance, to education opportunities.
